Be a leaf on the wind and take out the webbing and other frigates that represent the biggest threat to the speedtanking Tengu. Jink, weave, and corkscrew at the enemy. Perhaps you might consider downshipping to a frigate. Missions are more fun in a team, in my opinion. A cruiser is just slow and big enough it might get pounded some pretty good. I would check the ship’s target locking range and see if the second drone link augmentor is of any use.Ī cruiser is maybe ok in a lvl3 with someone else, but not sure I’d take it into lvl4s. I might also replace the energized membrane with a third drone damage amplifier. I would use the rig slots for capacitor controls and replace the midslot cap stuff with an omnidirectional tracking link with tracking speed script and a drone navigation computer. I only used arbitrators when was doing level 3, but it looks like the fit would work fine with your other boat.
